Personal Information

Jack was born in Athens, Georgia in 1970. He attended Clarke Central High School until 1987 and graduated from San Pasqual High School in Escondido, California in 1988.  Jack attended the University of Georgia, where he competed on the varsity men's tennis team and graduated Phi Beta Kappa with a Bachelor of Arts degree in English in 1992.

As a varsity tennis player, Jack helped the University of Georgia men's tennis team win two Southeastern Conference titles and advance to the finals of the NCAA Team Championship in 1989 and 1991. After attaining his undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia, Jack played professional tennis in France until 1996.

Jack was hired as a professional tennis coach on the ITF and ATP tours in 1996. In 1997, Jack returned to the University of Georgia as the assistant coach of the varsity men's tennis team. As an assistant coach, Jack helped the University of Georgia men's tennis team win the NCAA Team Championship in 1999 and advance to the finals in 1997 and 1998.

Professional Background

Jack attended the University of Georgia School of Law in 2002, where he was a published writer and note editor for the Georgia Journal of International and Comparative Law. During the summers of law school, Jack worked for the University of Georgia Legal Aid Clinic (now called the Western Judicial Circuit Public Defender Office) and the Center for International Trade and Security. Jack graduated from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2005.

Jack passed the Georgia State Bar Exam in July of 2005 and joined the law firm of Lewis, Stolz, Hurt, Frierson & Grayson, LLP in September of 2005. He was sworn in as a member of the State Bar of Georgia in November 0f 2005 and as a member of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia in December of 2005.

Jack currently practices in the areas of trusts and estates, estate planning, estate administration, guardianships and conservatorships, business law, corporations, real estate and contracts.
